The Sacramento Mineral Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and we get the majority of our funds to keep our doors open for the Sacramento community through our annual fundraiser show – the Annual Sacramento Gem, Mineral, and Jewelry Show!
Every year at the Scottish Rite on the last weekend of October, we host our annual show to the delight of our local community and any nearby rockhounds and rock collectors!
We have fun activities for kids and adults and lots of great exhibits and 30-40 vendors that have amazing rocks, fossils, meteorites, jade, amber, gemstones, jewelry, specimens, rough rock, slabs, cabochons, and more!!
It’s an inside event, so it will be held rain or shine! Parking is free, and kids get a free rock at the door!! We are SO glad to be able to finally have our show again after having to cancel it for two years in a row due to the Scottish Rite being used as a vaccination center during COVID, and we hope everyone is as excited as we are that we will be back this year!!
